Stäubli Jacquard machine SX PRO
Stäubli electronic Jacquard machine SX PRO produces excellent results in weaving terry cloth, upholstery, tapestry, silk fabric, apparels or seat covers, and technical fabrics on all types of air-jet, rapier and water-jet weaving machines.
The Jacquard machine SX PRO is equipped with up to 2,688 hooks.
Stäubli ALPHA 580 Universal carpet weaving system
The ALPHA 580 UNIVERSAL carpet weaving machine has been developed for carpet manufacturers that weave a wide variety of carpet qualities, with different carpet sizes up to 5.3 m weaving width.
This weaving machine is Stäubli's answer to today's market requirements such as rapid design changes and sophisticated weave structures. Convenient yarn handling, compactness, and high operational reliability combined with long service life are decisive advantages of the ALPHA 580 UNIVERSAL carpet weaving system.
Stäubli TIEPRO Tying machine
The Stäubli TIEPRO warp tying machine is designed for universal use with standard warp yarns in any weaving mill. It features a new type of yarn separation system without separating needles, which makes it especially economical. TIEPRO ties a wide range of warp sheets – with or without a 1:1 lease – automatically, efficiently, rapidly, and widely faultless.
Stäubli SAFIR PRO S67 Automatic drawing-in system
The SAFIR PRO S67 high-speed automatic drawing-in system is the right choice for the production of fabrics made using one warp sheet with one or two yarn layers. Typical applications are blouse or shirting fabrics with sophisticated color patterns, women's and men's outerwear made of the finest worsted wool, and home textiles such as upholstery fabrics or table linens. Even technical textiles such as protective clothing and screen-printing fabrics are among the end products whose quality is enhanced by the drawing-in quality of this system.
Stäubli Rotary dobby series S3000
The electronically controlled rotary dobby series S3000 is suitable for producing all types of patterned fabrics. The dobbies are matched to the performance required from the weaving machine, taking the weaving parameters into account. They can be installed either in low or high position on all types of weaving machines (water jet, air jet and rapier weaving machines) and they are equipped with the new maintenance-free harness motion e32/e33 or de82/de83 for high performance.
